The Time of Heroes is a platform where fans can buy time with their idols and celebrities: personal calls, messaging, offline/online meetings, streams, and group events. Everything is booked transparently via the heroʼs calendar, paid with the Timecoin crypto token, and the funds raised are directed to charity

The platform supports several types of interactions (configured individually for each hero):

• 1:1 personal video calls, private messaging (chat/voice notes/short videos),
• offline meetings (for example, coffee, a joint workout, attending an event together),
• online streams (one-on-one and group),
• group events, workshops, Q&A sessions,
• other formats offered by the hero.

All of this happens in a single interface, without DM chaos or third-party intermediaries.

Each hero has a calendar with available time slots and fixed formats: duration, conditions, price. You pick a convenient time, agree on the details with the hero, pay, and the booking is confirmed automatically. Before the meeting you receive reminders and instructions — the logic is very similar to Booking.com, but for a heroʼs time.

• Base prices for each format (call, meeting, stream, chat, etc.) are set by the hero.
• Prices are shown both in a familiar fiat currency (e.g., USD) and in Timecoin.
• You can pay through a multi-currency payment gateway: bank card, Apple Pay/Google Pay, and other options that automatically convert your payment into the token.

For the user, it looks like a normal online payment with a clear amount, even if they have never used crypto before.

No, a crypto wallet is not required.

• If youʼre already in Web3, you can pay directly in Timecoin from your own wallet.
• If not, you just pay by card or another familiar method, and the payment gateway automatically converts the amount into the token.

This way, the platform stays crypto-native "under the hood,ˮ while remaining convenient for regular users.

We use multi-step verification:

• identity and document checks,
• verification against official social media and public profiles,
• manual onboarding by our team.

Verified heroes receive a special badge, and their profiles appear higher in the catalog. Additionally, trust is reinforced by ratings, reviews, and the history of successfully completed sessions.

The platform follows a transparent refund and rescheduling policy:

• If the hero cancels or doesnʼt show up, the slot can be rescheduled or the amount refunded according to the offer terms.
• If the fan canʼt attend, cancellation and rescheduling rules with deadlines apply (for example, free rescheduling X hours before the meeting).
• In case of technical issues (connection, platform problems), the session may be extended, rescheduled, or partially refunded.

All conditions are clear before payment and shown in the slot details.

In the hero catalog youʼll find:

• Large photos and a short description (who they are, how they can help, what theyʼre known for),
• a list of formats: calls, meetings, messaging, streams, group formats,
• prices and duration for each format,
• rating and reviews.

The platform is built for a global audience:

• all time slots are automatically shown in your local time zone,
• reminders are sent with time differences taken into account,
• available payment methods depend on the country, but we aim for maximum coverage.

Supported countries and payment restrictions are always listed in the current version of the User Agreement and in the Help section.

• All payments are processed via certified payment providers.
• Data are transmitted over secure channels using modern encryption protocols.
• Chats and interaction history are used only to provide the service (support, disputes, security) and are never published.

Details are described in the Privacy Policy, but in short: we build the product with security and default trust as priorities.

If you are a public figure, expert, athlete, artist, or creator who wants to monetize your time and support charity, you can apply:

• fill out the form on the website or contact us via the provided channels,
• pass identity verification and public-status confirmation,
• agree on formats and pricing.

After approval, youʼll receive a hero profile with photos and description — and youʼll be able to start monetizing your time.
